The following are the Terms and Conditions ("T&C's") for the Barefoot Tribe Women's Social Group ("Barefoot Tribe" or "we") website, which outlines the rules and guidelines for accessing and using our website and participating in our events and activities. The Barefoot Tribe is not a storage service. We do not promise to store or keep showing any information or content that you’ve posted. You agree that we have no obligation to store, maintain or provide you with a copy of any content or information that you or others provide, except to the extent required by applicable law and as noted in our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to limit your use of The Barefoot Tribe, including:

Your ability to contact other Members or your number of connections
6. We also reserve the right to restrict, suspend or terminate Your Account if we believe that you may be in breach of this agreement or law or are otherwise misusing The Barefoot Tribe.
7. When you create your Barefoot Tribe account, you will be asked to choose a user ID and password. Your user ID must not be liable to mislead and must comply with the Barefoot Tribe content rules.
8. To use the Barefoot Tribe website, you agree and confirm that:

9. When you create your Barefoot Tribe account, you will be added to the Barefoot Tribe newsletter subscriber list so we can send you updates from time to time. However, you will have the ability to unsubscribe from this newsletter when you receive it.

Activities and Events

The Barefoot Tribe hosts various activities and events for its members, including but not limited to hiking, painting, snorkelling, workshops, and yoga.

Members can participate in these activities and events by registering and paying the fees required.

The activities and events are not mandatory, and members participate at their own discretion and risk.

The Barefoot Tribe reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an activity or event due to unforeseen circumstances.

Conduct and Participation

Members are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner towards other members and organisers during all activities and events.

Members are expected to follow the instructions of the organisers regarding safety measures and procedures during activities and events.

Members are responsible for their own health and well-being and should consult with a physician before participating in any activities or events.

Members are not allowed to engage in any illegal or harmful activities during Barefoot Tribe activities and events.

The Barefoot Tribe reserves the right to remove any member from an activity or event if they violate these T&C's or engage in inappropriate behaviour.

The Barefoot Tribe can not be used to find romance or companionship. The Barefoot Tribe is strictly a friendship only community and unsolicited contact or messages through any of our channels will not be tolerated.

Liability and Indemnification

Members participate in Barefoot Tribe activities and events at their own risk and assume all responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage to themselves or their property during the activity or event.

The Barefoot Tribe is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to members or their property during the activity or event.

Members agree to indemnify and hold Barefoot Tribe harmless from any claim, demand, or damage arising out of their participation in the activities and events.

Modifications and Termination

The Barefoot Tribe reserves the right to modify these T&C's at any time without prior notice.

Members will be notified of any changes to the T&C's via email or on the website.

The Barefoot Tribe reserves the right to terminate a member's membership at any time if they violate these T&C's or engage in inappropriate behaviour.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between members and The Barefoot Tribe will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state in which the dispute arises.

Members agree to waive their right to a trial by jury in any such dispute.

Any decision made by the arbitrator will be final and binding on all parties.

Accessing our Site

We aim to update our site regularly, and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our site, or close it indefinitely. We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period. Any of the material on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.
